The center of each bag is an appliqué where you can highlight your choice of feature fabric or vinyl.
These bags can be stitched with either a fabric or vinyl base. A fully fabric base requires light to medium interfacing for all exterior pieces.
About these specific Cameo bags:
The Cameo appliqué bags have center panels made using sublimation printing.
Sublimation printing requires either a dedicated sublimation printer (sawgrass is a popular brand) or you can hack an Epson eco tank printer. Making these panels also requires special sublimation ink and paper. This is not a process that can be done with just any ink jet printer. Sublimation ink is an ink that fuses with the fabric, which must be a majority polyester, 70% polyester or higher is recommended. The less poly, the more dull your sublimations will be.
These bag appliqué panels were made using a hacked Ecotank EL-4700 printer, hippo sublimation ink and a-sub sublimation paper and sublimated onto Ottertex waterproof canvas. Sublimation ink is transparent so you must keep that in mind, sublimating on black or dark colors is just not going to work without using a base layer of sublimation HTV. We’re not going to go into all the deets, because there are tons of Youtube tutorials on this, but hopefully this gives you a little insight into just how these were made.

All designs have been stitched personally and a computer generated stitch simulation jpg is included in the download. Due to differences in programmed thread palettes across machine brands, a stitch order .pdf of thread colors and changes is included. Please use to aid in selecting appropriate colors. For MANY ITH projects, like fobs, dangles, bun covers, etc, the die line is a recommended color for your vinyl or fabric.

THIS IS NOT A FINISHED PRODUCT. This is a machine embroidery design file. You must have an embroidery machine to work with these files.
