Okay …
So, let’s talk about the Gingerbread ornament set.
They are both my biggest joy and my biggest PITA. Joy because they are so well loved. PITA because, well, read on.
Way back in 2016, they were some of the very first freebies I ever created for a Facebook hop.
I, clearly being an overachiever and NOT understanding what a “hop” was, thought I had to offer a freebie for every day of the hop … all 12 days. So, I created 12 Gingerbread ornaments.
Yeah, no … I was only supposed to offer 1 freebie on my hop day. Whatevs! You can’t tell me what to give away!!!
Fast forward to freebie stashes getting raided and I decided to minimize bandwidth costs by only offering freebies during a sale.
And cue the gnashing of teeth and complaining and whining and me generally feeling like a bad human but also trying to be a good business person…
I stuck to my guns. Then people started offering to PAY for the freebies just to have access to them ALL the time. And I felt sketchy about that. To me, that is not fair – some get it free, some have to pay? Noooooo, that’s not fair!
However, I have watched several people struggle with how to make multiplies in a hoop and color sort and it dawns on me – I could do a couple hours of work and solve several problems –
Gingeys available all the time for pay –
BUT if you wait and plan you still get it free
AND multiples color sorted for you convenience!
SO that’s the story here. If you still want it FREE – Gingey ornaments, one in the hoop, 4×4 hoop are STILL in the freebie section DURING SALES but if you want it RIGHT NOW, multiples in a hoop, color sorted for your convenience, you can pay a small fee and get what you need/want anytime!
