In case you missed the news, STFA is starting a subreddit community to better serve customer service needs and questions.

Here is video 2 – How to post a new topic thread in the STFA subreddit.

This is the second of Cthulhu knows how many short tutorial videos.

I will also do text/picture based tutorials at some point but this gets you started interacting with the new community.

My goal is that none of these videos will be over 5 minutes and each video will cover only 1 major topic.
