In case you missed the news, STFA is starting a subreddit community to better serve customer service needs and questions.
Here is video 1 – How to register a Reddit account and join the STFA subreddit.
AS PROMISED – The first of Cthulhu knows how many short tutorial vids.
I will also do text/picture based tutorials later today but this gets an account set up for you on Reddit and shows you how to join the STFA subreddit.
